Thermal Stock Program Guidelines:
- All labels are coated with a general-purpose permanent adhesive, wound out to an 8" O.D. roll, have a 3" core, are perforated between labels, have 1/8" spacing and 1/8" radius corners unless otherwise noted.
- Orders received by 2 PM (EST for GA shipments, CST for IL shipments, PCT for NV shipments) will ship the same day. Orders received after 2 PM EST, CST, PCT will ship the next day from their respective plants.
- All returned goods must have a prior issued Return Authorizations # (RMA) prior to shipping. 15% restocking fee applies; $30 Minimum Fee.
- A minimum of two cases must be purchased to avoid a small order fee of $20.00.
- Individual cases must be ordered in full case increments to avoid a case breaking fee of $15.00.
- Customized labeling of stock products will be charged at the rate of $0.35/box with a minimum charge of $5.00.
- Full cases of blank stock items can be combined to reach 2 case or 12 case price breaks. Both cases must ship to same address to meet 2 case minimum.
- All shipments are FOB our warehouse for all items. Items noted with a "C" are available in Chicago, those with an "A" in Atlanta, those with a "R" in Reno and those with a "D" in Dallas (see upcharge below).
- THERE IS AN ADDED 4% FREIGHT CHARGE FOR ALL DALLAS SHIPMENTS (for inbound freight & whse charges).
